Fortunate/Unfortunate

It ain't about our fortunes coz we born unfortunate into a system who laced it
Let's face it
These are there scars embroidered on our bodies, species, tummies, mommies
Stop me, stop you
as u wake up for your 9-5
it's written on your faces
Let's face it
The minority got the majority to chase these fortunes
Whereas the majority was born fortunated
They brought crime and made us savages but now
You think the majority, targets the minority
Forgetting the minority, has more than the majority
A few of the majority have as much as the minority
So honestly equality is actually the problem
But consider how this parable began

Segregation made us angry, Poverty evolved it
As more and more of our brothers lay on streets chasing "flies" instead of chasing dreams
Hoping to lay on that new bed linen
Instead of living in famine
Cause hunger don't have colour unless Mandela's on it
Meaning ignorance is bliss
Unknowing slaves caged in a maize
Most yall don't seem fazed until
all we stuck looking at is our postmortems
We were immortal in the place we settled but we now stuck in these shackles
Revitalising the immortal technique
Utilising the system against the system just to make money on fleek
So we can become like our shieks
That's a leader for the Unknowing
Food for thought for yall knowing
