- - - SHE CURSED THE DAY - - -
True love dies when
Two hearts once thought of as one
Flutter separately
From weddings to funerals
When passion burns between twisted sheets
Something was lost, my dearest
Nothing lasts when love turns into hate, at least
Liquor kisses and bitter pills
Late night cravings to get a thrill
There's a stranger looking back at you
In shady mirrors built for truth
She cursed the day
That she ever saw me
That she ever dared to love me
Too many times
Unburdened masquerades
Whenever she dared to say
"I love you, too"
True hate lives when
Two hearts once thought of as one
Simmer separately
From conception to child birth
A bitter truth lays before your eyes
Fury becomes a tempest
A failure, inherent of the lies
Engage in domestic war zones
When innocence is so far gone
There's pain-filled eyes staring back at you
In shady mirrors built for truth
I curse the day
That I ever saw her
That I ever dared to love her
Too many times
Unburdened masquerades
Whenever I dared to say
"I love you, too"
I may be
An arrogant bastard
But you are
A heartless bitch
But in the end
I'd fuck you again
She cursed the day
That she ever saw me
That she ever dared to love me
Too many times
Unburdened masquerades
Whenever she dared to say
"I love you, too"
I curse the day
That I ever saw her
That I ever dared to love her
Too many times
Unburdened masquerades
Whenever I dared to say
"I love you, too"
