Burning skies across a bleak landscape
Tainted with volcanic ash and hate
Cold rivers run with scarlet cascades
Over obsidian steps to the grey
My chamber fills with lovers tinged with rabies
Here in this holy house of Hades

The chrysalis pulses like a heart
Trapped inside a black crystal cage
My dominion over tortured souls
Pounding against the glass, enraged
Til the lacerations leave a scar

In this House of Hades
Down in the the halls of pain
Are portraits beautiful and vain
Encased in obsidian frames
And poisoned thorns
To desecrate the tyrant's name

After the subatomic failure
The lost will desperately seek a cure
The affliction of mortality
Is now a taboo anomaly
Step over the line in the sand and maybe
You'll find the way to the house of Hades

A chrysalis wound in choking ash
Aflame with infernal embers
The madness twisting the screws inside
Reducing my world to cinders
Burning away the days of the past

In this House of Hades
Down in the the halls of pain
Are portraits beautiful and vain
Encased in obsidian frames
And poisoned thorns
To desecrate the tyrant's name

In this House of Hades
The guillotine remains
Are portraits recently decayed
Of unsung heroes and depraved
And rusted nails
To desecrate the savior's grave

The dead, they linger
Like unwanted guests
Come to Cerberus
To be devoured

In this House of Hades
Down in the the halls of pain
Are portraits beautiful and vain
Encased in obsidian frames
And poisoned thorns
To desecrate the tyrant's name

In this House of Hades
The guillotine remains
Are portraits recently decayed
Of unsung heroes and depraved
And rusted nails
To desecrate the savior's grave

I will piss upon his grave
