Is tuition actually free for college in Germany?

there comes a time in ones life
for some
that they are struck
 with the cold hard facts
a man
 may find himself
dragging on in bad relationships
that arent working out
 until
he finally has to put his feelings aside
and make a logical choice....
...this girl is too young.
she wont settle down until im over the hill...

 that one draws me like a siren but
 leaves me
abandoned and a mess...

oh but
this one here sincerely loves me
how lucky is that?
 ill pick her!

sorry to say,

Yes, thats it,
I'm all settled now,

I can move out of my moms house
put away the lotion
get a job
have three kids
and put them thru college.
