wondering
curiosity killed the cat
but satisfaction brought it back
i wonder who you are
out there in the world
what you look like
how you pass your day
read under the stars
perhaps enjoy walks
so many questions
a couple of answers
confusing as it seems
i want to learn more
peaking my interest
producing an image
carefully constructed
out of words written
maybe one day
we'll share a drink
pass the day
and talk about life
but satisfaction brought it back
i wonder who you are
out there in the world
what you look like
how you pass your day
read under the stars
perhaps enjoy walks
so many questions
a couple of answers
confusing as it seems
i want to learn more

Your welcome but I still think curiosity can get the best of people.
Especially for those who are nosy

Well that's why I consider curiosity kind of like prying.
But it could just be because as a private person I hate people getting too 'curious' or personal about my private life

I've always been on the curios side of things in wondering why about multiple things but I get were you come from as I also enjoy my privacy
Re: Re. wondering
I understand, don't get me wrong there are moments when I do get curious and want to find out what something is but most of the time I just keep to myself since I think it's better than to be seen as nosy or 'have no business of their own to mind'.

Very true people wise I usually stick with myself or just a few others who enjoy actual conversation not having their heads stuck down on a phone all day yet with things like books or just plain questions I've always been that oddball

So have I
I can't help the fact that I would like to sit down and read a book or want to be by myself from time to time.
I've always been a recluse so I pretty much spend half of my time by myself and some of the other half with a few friends when I can

Right that one book on a nice rainy day just sounds perfect for me or when I feel like gong somewhere go on an adventure

I agree, I love rainy days but usually what I do is read book and listen to music at the same time.
And sometimes I do feel like doing that too, but like I said most of the time I'd rather be by myself

I've always seen it if you can spend time with yourself then that's the greatest thing because so many people try to run away from themselves using so many things
Re: Re. wondering

I agree, but then there are moments when I do like social interaction as well.
But yeah I think it's great to spend time with yourself because you can do things with yourself that others don't want to do or care about but makes you happy.

So true so true some people just don't understand being alone or doing your own thing it confuses them but hey that's them
Re: Re. wondering

True, and I understand that however I hate it when those same people get all like
" you're so anti social!" " you need to go out more!" " if you don't go out you'll end up alone and lonely!" etc.
Because they make it sound as if you're miserable and just bitter.
But really you just want to be by yourself and enjoy your own time

Right and I always sat there wondering to myself "why is is so scary to be by yourself?" People will always fear that which they do not understand
Re: Re. wondering
24th Jul 2015 6:34am
True, I've had that happen to me.
People usually misunderstand me just because I'm not as open as them or love to talk about my life.
I honestly hate close mindedness since it makes people afraid or poorly judge the things they don't know which is pretty much an example of subtle ignorance.

One day people will accept that which is different and unique but unfortunately for the moment they do not

True, someday they will have to accept the fact that not everyone can be the same.

The simplicity here.. touches.
Because I personally often
think that others are so far into
self or searching for the
unattainable or material looks.
So things of this nature seems
rather a bore, for them which
is often heard thru tone &
facial expressions. In these
days especially.. .unfortunately.
Ok, think I've gotten emotional,
it's a beautiful rarity

Thank you for these words I appreaciate the fact that you don't hide behind your words you but merely use them as a medium to express that which lays hidden
