I'm Too Old
She said, "no, you're too old"
So I guess it must be so
The answer's always no
I'm too low to rise above
Just too old to ever fall in love
So I might as well not even try
How convenient that I'm too young to die
Now I'm way too old to be a rock star
Big brother says to forget that dream, I'll never get that far
No matter who says you're never too old... to be told
Don't believe facts so hard and so cold
It's just another bill I can't be sold
So I guess it must be so

I believe you are only as old as you believe yourself to be. Look, I am 31. My body's health sucks. My brains still tells me I am that naive little 16 year old. That I can still dance and hike, and SO I SHALL. I refuse to go down without a fight. That being said. You are capable of anything you put your heart and effort into. If you want to grab those stars, do it! Don't let belief systems hold you back. It's never too late...Until you are dead!

Never too old,Poetryman. At least where dreams are concerned. Health is something else though. It doesn't care how old or young you are.:)
