The Showgirl {Chapter 3}

By the time 9 PM rolled around people came into the club as they sat and drank and watched the dancers.
Nikki, was up on stage dancing to Enrique Iglesias " Dirty Dancer" as she spinned fast as she stopped then came to the ground as she had her arms behind her while lifting her up as her leg was straight up in the air then the other bent and placed on the ground.
Then turns around as she's on her hands and knees as she whips her hair and does a body pop then turns back around as she lays on her back while lifting her chest up then lifts it back down then gets up and does another spin.
After she was done dancing she noticed Nick who was sitting at the bar waiting for her as he motioned for her to come over.
Nikki, smiled as she came down from the stage as she was sweating a little as she went and sat down next to Nick as he smiled at her and laughed as he said " you look like you could use something to drink"
Nikki laughed and said " yeah I know..." she asked the bar tender for a Coca Cola
as he brought one over to her.
Nikki smiled as she sipped her Coca Cola as Nick looked at her smiled as he said " better?..." Nikki nodded then they looked each other in the eyes as they smiled without saying anything to each other then they were interrupted when Crystal got in between them as she got in front of Nick and said " hi Nick" Nick smiled and said " hi..Crystal, right?" Crystal smiled and said " yeah I'm Crystal, I was just coming over to say I'm glad you're gonna take over..." Nick laughed as he said politely " I'm glad too and why are you glad?..." He said with a laugh as Crystal looked at him with lust as she said " well I just know a man like you can get stuff done and very well..." then she winked at him as Nick laughed but before he could say anything the boss comes over to him and whispers in his ear " Nick we got a problem..." Nick got up and said " oh I gotta go I'll probably talk to you later! it was pleasure talking to you too Nikki..." Nikki smiled as she watched Nick leave then looks at Crystal and glares.
Crystal, laughs as she looks at Nikki and says " oh somebody looks upset..." Nikki glares at her as she says " yeah, I'm upset! That was very rude to do that Crystal!..." Crystal rolled her eyes as she says " oh please, I was just trying to save you from the embarrassment..." Nikki looked at her confused as she asked " saving me from what embarrassment exactly?..." Crystal looked at her and said " the embarrassment of thinking that there's a chance that he'd actually like you..."
Nikki rolled her eyes and said " oh please, I don't like him like that..."
Crystal laughed and said " well you stay away from him, because whether you like him or not there's zero chance that he'll ever want you..."
Nikki glared at her as she wanted to punch her in the face, but then said " you can't tell me who I can or can't hang out with you're not my mother and besides I don't think he wants your menopausel ass anyways..."
Crystal glared at her then walked away from the bar.
Nikki just rolled her eyes as she drank her soda then had to go back and dance.
It was now 2 AM and her shift was over so she goes into the dressing room as she put on a regular long sleeve, white v-neck and her skinny black jeans and puts her sneakers on as she carried her bag of clothes and walked out as she smiled and said bye to Tatiana then hugged the boss and said bye to him then she said good bye to Nick then just before she could leave Nick stopped her as he yelled " wait! Let me walk you to your car!" Nikki smiled and said "ok" so they walked together as they were making their way to her car.
Nikki smiled and said " thank you for walking me to my car" Nick smiled back and said " well it's late so I just want to make sure you were safe..." they looked into each other's in silence for a couple of seconds then Nikki smiled and said " well, good night..." then just before she got in the car Nick then said " wait!" Nikki stopped as she was holding her car door open as she smiled and said " yeah?"
Nick smiled and said " well I have something I want to ask you..." Nikki smiled and said " well what do you wanna ask me?" Nick then said " I was wondering if you'd like to go out with me some time..."
