The Power of The Divine
- The Power of The Divine -
Do, as we will, shall be the whole of our sacred law!
For love is divine, it is pure, and it possesses no flaw.
Love and compassion art fueled by a power unseen,
But within angelic hearts, such power doth oft gleam.
This verse is about that power and so much more…
It canst teach how to make peace and to end all war.
The power of the Divine doth lie eternal within us all,
We hath but to tap into its’ current’s ebb and flow.
If we art ever to break down our self-created walls,
Then this new covenant is where we must as one go.
Let me lead thee to Paradise by thy wanton hand,
As we venture forth, in power and in angelic glory.
Peace shall one day reign, even throughout the land,
As we rewrite time itself, unto the end to our story.
The power of the Divine doth lie eternal within us all,
That power, which is to do great good or to do ill!
When the moment is come, we must heed the call,
And attune ourselves: to the harmony of Divine will.
Let me lead thee to Paradise by thy wanton hand,
As we venture forth, our spirits shining, into the night.
Even if ye art as numerous as art grains of hot sand,
I canst show ye the truths of the blessed Divine Light.
For, I am the Divine Word, and I am the pure way,
I am the architect of a brand new and glorious day.
Let us put aside our inhibitions and all our old fears,
Let us put away our old terrors and all ancient hate,
Let us wash away the bitterness of our fallen tears,
Let us do all these things before the hour cometh late!
The world is ours, both to remake and so to shape,
In our glorified image, be it like unto light or dark.
This is the destiny we cannot so afford to escape,
So, listen well to my loving words, and thence hark!
Thou art redeemed, by the grace of thy righteousness,
Thou canst be cleansed, of all the sins of thy flesh.
Follow mine example, and deviate never from this,
And thou shall have the power, to rebuild all afresh.
The power of the Divine doth lie eternal within us all,
We hath only to feel it’s vibrant and radiant glow.
If we art ever to know the joys of Heaven's halls,
Then this is the wisdom that we must first all know.
Let me lead thee to Paradise by thy wanton hand,
As we all venture forth to wage our peaceful battle.
The enemy is the sin of hatred’s most vile demand:
That we be its’ prey, and play at being its’ cattle.
The power of the Divine doth lie eternal within us all,
Be it a power that we make fair or remake as foul.
Its’ siren song, we cannot ignore and cannot stall,
Hiding behind our flesh like a monk behind a cowl!
Let me lead thee to Paradise by thy wanton hand,
As we must venture forth, hand in hand, together.
We must be ready, to make our righteous stand,
Our souls, they art as pure as an angel's feather.
This is the Divine Word, and this is the Holy Way,
The portal, that leads to a brighter and better day.
Let us open that portal wide, and for all to so see!
It is within our power, for I hath this portal’s key.
Never more, shall we be hatred’s bitterest slaves,
For mine is the Power Divine, that heals and saves.
Do, as we will, shall be the whole of our sacred law!
For love is divine, it is pure, and it possesses no flaw.
