Nobody there for you........

you gotta be patient. it's all about timing. but keep writing and you will have your thoughts as records kept. I don't write for nobody, I write for myself to one day reread my self, and how much I changed, and it always surprise me, but when other leave comments, I am happy too. I have low standards.

This world as seen through true eyes can seem a sham,
people cheap, pretentious and cowardly and they are,
but they often do try and redeem themselves in other ways,
ways perhaps that you and me should take into account.

There are kindred spirits out there.
You are a loving generous person,
that much i already know.
Those who don't appreciate you
don't deserve you.

Hey Linda! Thank You so much for your kind words, and I agree with you fully. I wrote this one down a long time ago when I was, as the poem shows, not in a proper mood.. thought of removing this several times but then went against it as I wanted to keep it as a record of my time and wanted to keep it there as I wrote it. Yes there are all sorts of people out there but there are so many more awesome ones than we know or realise. I thank you once again for your insight and heartening words.
