Bringing Life to Death

You make the world
look better than it is.
Even dying, you make desirable.
Everybody dies,
though, few know true love.
Even fewer know love,
the way I know you.
I won't waste a single breath,
vowing to honor and cherish you,
for something as common as a lifetime.
When your last beat hears mine part,
Finally our final exhale and finest hour.
The dawn of eternal matrimony:
til death do we start!
