I am tired, my body is sore; but I can do it, I can do it more, more, and MORE!
Okay this Hurt it is not good like sex; or dancing: it is not adrenaline forced energy
Working out; takes pure will and attitude “oh my god it is going to kill me”
This is only day 4 and its cardio “push, push, push, I am fucking pushing”
Now it’s a commitment: cant back out or back down; ahhhh! I am stuck in this torture
3 sons, 3 of them, come on mom time to sweat: everyone’s waiting at the gym

Then poor little me I just wanted to be the hot ass mommy; not the dumb ass what was she thinking
Oh my god this is killing me; I can barely lift my arms; pick me up help I am falling, ouch I got a Charlie-
Horse, my calf is cramping, my butt is dancing- there is no music, I am walking slower than I did before,
Old women beat me at the grocery store, pick up the milk “hey cutie can um you help me please over
Here?” I am supposed to look like I did before even better toned and sexy I feel like an out of date piece
of meat.

take pole dancing classes... the burn is amazing and the results are fantastic. also it's so much fun!

Ok miss winter I have, as well as belly dancing I love it♥ I twerk I do all types of dance and love to learn new styles it is sexual a desire for me. Toning and cardio timed and calculated working out is a differant world let me tell you♥ Getting that 37 year old body back to teen shape is like rebulding the arc with limited supply's blisters and your blisters get blisters♥ but no sagging or shaking when you get it to point you need to be lol♥ well the boobs and ass ♥

Try watching those Rocky films for inspriation seascape. I've always enjoyed those boxing training workout sequences. 'Come on Rock, wad are we waiting for!'

Ok thats were your sooooo wrong!! I do lol!♥ seriously up at 3 am streatch, write, get business in order, put on workout clothes. Kids ready at 4:45 gym at 5 am leave at 7 am shower school at 8:30 am. In the middle apts set for work and managements duties ya its fun♥ but its worth it its called getting it done♥
