fallen ash so thick
no more breathing,

swallowed by the darkness
scattered bones
burnt into time
frozen in step

The interesting fact on this date 79Ad on august 24th is that the eruptive gases were 100x more powerful than Hiroshima bombings.

For some reason this made me think of the Star Trek movie, "The Search For Spock", especially those parts where the crew is dealing a younger Spock while his memories are inside McCoy.
