Done The Maths

Done The Math’s

Ever Wondered
How far have we come?
How much effort we made to get there
Sometimes planned
Often not
Sometimes slow
Often frenetic
Always loving
Well nearly always
Sometimes I just took
I regret that
Thanks for forgiving me
You did not deserve that
I needed to mature
Thanks for understanding
Of course, it will not happen again
Sorry I got distracted
I was telling you
How far we have come
You see I have done the maths
Our bodies have been one in unison
For 249.166 miles
That is 400.993 kilometers
The good news is this ride is not finished
Guess you could say
We have come along way
