There is Truth in Darkness
I can only see in the dark
Daylight blinds me with left over nymphos and pandemic episodes
The podium for self proclaimed hall monitors screams bullshit ass answers
Rodents feast on stem cells
When I walk by, Mary Jane cuts off my air supply.
Vivid frowns of Vegan's veggin' out in cow places
Bible thumpers read from books with missing pages.
Ray Bans diffuse daylight but the heat of it tears away at my flesh
The smell of it clogs my senses
The taste of it is a dangerous flavor
Daylight is deceptive, vendictive, addictive
It feels like silk while wrapping its boa around my neck
I feel constricted
I find my pillow and close my eyes.
I can only see in the dark
Daylight blinds me with left over nymphos and pandemic episodes
The podium for self proclaimed hall monitors screams bullshit ass answers
