~Deception~

I can't help but wonder
What if I would have stayed?
Would it have any effect
On how my mind has decayed?

The Dark side was calling
So I answered the plea
What harm could it do
To little useless me?

I didn't read between the lines
Side effects may include:
Depression, death, suicidal thoughts, and
Negative change in mood

Finally, it came to me
But the Light was far too late
I was too far gone for help
And sealed my own fate
