"Of all the words of mouth or pen, the saddest are these: I sound like my parents." I'm paraphrasing, of course. I can't help but laugh at this poem, and I do apologize that I'm so caught up in the humor of your comparison of yourself to your mother that I can't foreseeably comment on anything more worthwhile.
