I sit in silence and hear my heart
Calling out to you so loudly until it is
Deafining.................
Yet in the cacophony of it’s sound
I feel peace in it’s precense
Joy in it’s melody
In it’s rhythm, I feel your love
A language; I long to understand
Because this thing, love I don’t understand-It flutters nervously
I don’t know why it makes me so secure yet unsecure all at once
I don’t know why it draws me near yet attempts to drive me away
But I feel it’s precense; your precious love......... and I don't want to live without it
It makes me breathe
Helps me cope
Gives me guidance ; shows me hope amongst this madness.
Makes me believe that God is there
In the love that you give
So freely, so unselfishly
Within the deafining silence
My heart calls to yours saying softly
“I Love You..............”

Thank You. A very bittersweet memory. I walked away from this lady twice. First true love. Early twenties.......got engaged and then she got the jitters. Few years went by and fate bought us back together again about 4 years ago. Lot's more maturity and a hell of a lot more passion and sexuality. Jitters returned.........wondering when we will see each other again..........[[sigh]}
