Ancestry Part 2

Dear diary,
 
Since my last entry a few more puzzle
pieces have fallen into place and I am
now convinced that some of my ancestors
were indeed Knights Templar and that some
of my ancestors were jewish to an extend
that was previously unknown to me.
Unbeliebably enough some might have been  
Knights Templar as well as jewish
as well as aristocrats. It is all quite confusing
because any jewishness in the
family was always hidden and no one was openly  
jewish. Of course World War II might have had
something to do with it; There are still at lot more
missing pieces to this puzzle, but I find it intriguing and
absolutely mind-boggling to say the least that
I lived on this planet for as long as I have and  
that I am just now coming to the realization that
under jewish law I would in fact  be considered jewish,
since my mother has jewish lineage on both sides
of her family tree. I found this out quite by accident
when I was looking at a picture of a relative recently
who I never knew existed and who I never had any
contact with.  I became convinced that she is jewish
by looking at her picture and so I took another look  
at a picture of  my great grandfather on my
mother's side. After staring at his picture for a  
while, it l became  clear to me,  that I am
much more jewish than I ever realized. Perhaps
to the reader of this diary entry there is nothing special  
or unusual about this fact,
but to someone who thinks they're one thing their  
whole life and then finds out they're something
different altogether, it is completely mind-boggling
and hard to wrap your head around.  
Not really an identity crisis but an identity surprise
is how I would categorize it, and so this journey
into my past continues to be both fascinating and
enlightening. To those readers who are interested,
I promise to share anything else that I unearth with
regard to all this..........
