I never understood

 
When someone would say look after yourself..

Made me wonder am I doing an inadequate job currently,
am I supposed to look after where my self has previously been.

I tried looking after where I had been once, let's just say that for sheer entertainment value,
I recommend it to those that enjoy a wonky equilibrium and spinning like a tornado..

But for those of you worker drone types, that have no time for that,
you would probably enjoy the repetition of the hamster wheel.
