fa-la-la...joy to the world.

You didn't beat us over the head with it, but surely
raised the conscious on a situation pervasive across the globe...hunger, truly made me VERY thankful
for whatever blessing I have n solemn for those less fortunate , I DO donate at every opportunity though...

one "piece of pie" i recollect in connection to your poem..it is life and death of philosoph Simone Weil, who died of undernourishment because of her solidarity to the victims of concentrations camps during second world war.. i never heard of another example of such selflessness
