Tornado
Winds roaring
Rain pouring
Everyone is fleeing
I’m left all alone
Screaming…
SCREAMING!!!
I’m screaming inside,
But my voice is drowned out
No one hears my cries for help
It feels like no one cares
Everyone saves themselves
And I’m left alone to fend for myself
I should have heard the warning siren
I should have listened when everyone warned me.
I tried to hide
But the gale force winds were too strong for me,
Now im left in the rubble of what was and now no longer is.
I feel myself being lifted,
The ice cold hands,
They throw me into the air.
I spin in circles,
Round and round and round…
My heart pounding,
My head about to explode!
Suddenly I awake
Luckily this time it was just a dream
This time im safe
The tornado didn’t get me
I now know that I can’t hide
I’ve heard the warning siren
I won’t be a victim,
I won’t be a victim of depression!
Rain pouring
Everyone is fleeing
I’m left all alone
Screaming…
