You so well caught the majesty of the natural world, or at least that part which includes trees. I totally felt like I was walking on the trails down at the park. I would say it is a feeling I get everytime I take a stroll down there but there are some days when I am accompanied by two 4 legged creatures when I am too occupied with keeping up with them to be able to slow down and just enjoy the scene.

Indeed those 4 legged hellions will pull You to their adventure not Yours Lol-Thanks Jazz

when i wanna feel like i don't live in the hood and have to do things i don't wanna do to pay my moms bills. i read a soul poem. it takes me someplace else. no homo. i dig it homes.....

Orange cackle. Yellow strike. These red winds whip my skin, carving to the golden blue beneath my flesh. The cold fires of change crunching like brittle bones beneath my boots. But five days into November '13 & it's already been one of the strangest months I've experienced in some time. It's on days like these when my senses just don't make sense. That's when I need the indefinable power of poetry the most. I am preparing for yet another Autumn hike. I am going to take this piece with me this morning. Thank you for the spell-binding Nature poem, Soul. Heightened senses most divine.
