Annie
She lies in the grass looking at the diamonds in the sky. Her hazel eyes sparkle as she thinks about her mother swimming in the stars. 'She said she would be swimming in the stars, so why do I not see her?', she thought as a tear slide down her pale cheek. Its been two months since her mother died. Two hard cruel months with her father. She started to cry some more. Her mother said she will always be there, so why isn't she? Her teachers and mothers always said she was very smart for the fourth grade. She smiled when she thought of the time she won the national spelling. Her mother was by her side and her dad....her dad with his girlfriend. Then the night she won with pride, she lost her mother and what she learned was virginity.
