Image for the poem Missing You

Missing You

I'm Bedding down
for the night
leaning in
to our side
it's so cold
when Your away
but I know
our imprint lay
so for now
i'll snuggle in
to form
our love shape
bent this way
drenched pin
silken heartache

come home soon
we'll whisper giggles
pucker our tune
sung in unison
I love You
though its text
it's our
rest
held in
longing
this empty bed
both apart
of this
peace
part of You
part of me
my life lover
undercover
You and I
finally Twogether
