Thoughts of You
I dreamed of you last night
It seems I cant get you out of my mind
The scent of you intoxicates me
draws me close to you like the warmth of your body
as you hug me too you
I rub my head across your chest
Squeeze the back of your shirt
Drawing you closer
I don't want to let you go
Just as you hesitate to let me go
Yet you have somebody else and
I have somebody else
But its you I think about when I'm with him
I see more of you than him
What is it about you that I can't let go
There's a connection between us
Everyone around us notices it
But we continue to ignore it
We're not around each other anymore
But I still think about you
You left a imprint on my soul
I can't ignore
The sweetnest of your smile
The hints of concern when no one elses seems
To notice when I down
The time you made to sit an talk with before you continue on your lunch break
I admit I miss you
Being around seeing you
Even though I never got to have you
It seems I cant get you out of my mind
The scent of you intoxicates me
draws me close to you like the warmth of your body
as you hug me too you
I rub my head across your chest
Squeeze the back of your shirt
Drawing you closer
I don't want to let you go
Just as you hesitate to let me go
Yet you have somebody else and
I have somebody else
But its you I think about when I'm with him
I see more of you than him
What is it about you that I can't let go
There's a connection between us
Everyone around us notices it
But we continue to ignore it
We're not around each other anymore
But I still think about you
You left a imprint on my soul
I can't ignore
The sweetnest of your smile
The hints of concern when no one elses seems
To notice when I down
The time you made to sit an talk with before you continue on your lunch break
I admit I miss you
Being around seeing you
Even though I never got to have you
