Personal Manifesto for Growth

I will be a mature and well spoken artist.
I will be a role model and a published poet.
I will be a revered friend and intellectual.
I will be in control of my vices and content enough with myself to allow occasional indulgence without guilt.
I will meet and fall in love with many kindred spirits who appreciate and challenge me.
I will make my parents proud.
I will cut myself off from all unnecessary technology.
I will find balance between inner peace and a shared exuberance for life.
I will be an encouraging and unjudgmental friend.
I will embrace my sexuality as a fluctuating entity and will not be bothered or limited by societal roles and expectations.
I will help build my community and foster projects that are beneficial to as many creative people as possible.
I will meet as many of my Canadian brothers and sisters as I can.
I will maintain a respect and curiosity towards mind altering states.
I will not be afraid to voice the unpopular view.
I will uphold no moral code other than the one I define for myself.
I will no longer make up stories to fit people into my life who do not want to be there.
I will be more open to the universe and the path it has laid before me.
I will never quit trying to uncover the essence of what it means to be in love with mankind (a.k.a.myself)
When I find my defining message- I will speak it loudly proudly and frequently.
I will remember where I am from.
I will continue to fuck with as many people's heads as possible.
I will activate both sides of my brain as often as possible.
I will never stop being colourful, or get boring, or settle down.
I will share all that I have discovered with anyone intrested in knowing.
I will commit to loving the people that are hard to love.
I will not be lazy or apathetic towards life.
I will remain a sesitive thought alchemist pioneering a different future.
I will remain deeply spiritual by believing in nothing but myself and the beautiful vision I have of my life.
Fuck nihilism.
Fuck pop culture.
Fuck the rules.
This is life done my way.
