Alright Day
I came apart on a vacant street
I'm so much older than I was before
Living easy isn't free or satisfying
My mind is always racing
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
Silence is killing me now
Chains are underneath my feet
I felt the ache of living inside yesterday
How could I have known
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
I've had to live without
Material things I throw away
My life is reflecting, inside my eyes
I haven't forgotten, I'm still living
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
Move along, move along now
I'm so much older than I was before
Living easy isn't free or satisfying
My mind is always racing
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
Silence is killing me now
Chains are underneath my feet
I felt the ache of living inside yesterday
How could I have known
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
I've had to live without
Material things I throw away
My life is reflecting, inside my eyes
I haven't forgotten, I'm still living
Just another alright day
I came down when I was lost
Missing chances by the summer light
Just another alright day
Legs remain sturdy, not falling
I lick my wounds and move along
Move along, move along now
