The world is safe when I let go of control...
I felt how much I love you
(So smart, my heart)
I thought we could understand each other
(So kind, my mind)
Then I realized, I know nothing
Not me or you, the earth, the trees, the breeze
Not the sun in the sky
Not the answers why
I have only this remembrance
A resonance off in the distance
Some feeling of God and his angels who see
(inner beauty)
Seen as the soul-self
(never alone)
Because it's you- it’s me- it’s all.
Love is love
(Just because)
Anything you think can be
Doesn’t mean that you get to ...

god only knows
chance it as it goes
slaughtering obsessions
of other peoples opinions
across the surface
of a body of emotions
vulnerable open
figurative clothes off
this is not the time
to run to my hiding places
you know I love you
talking to everyone else but you
I'm stuffing emptiness into space
scars against white lace
dancing towards a truth
on you I won't intrude
I'm fine on my own

roads ridden numb
felt the shiver strum
lush lips part beside
sidewalks too bright
didn't look- too shy
didn't say no goodbye
unlucky numbers bet
hushed songs slow set
trickled beads of sweat
the breath of wings
salt crusted fog stings
tears for chimney smoke
honey pot sticky stoked
lust giddy goslings
flitting off saplings
broken branches with envy
for the leaves so sunny
brushing against legs
swooning in the lakes
bubbling for air

the center of gravity
dawns around noon
horses neigh reality
the wind whistled a lost tune
off in the distance
shady backdrop reminiscent
skeleton oak moved
in sync with flickering leaves
against the winded breeze
spirit to choose- moods to bleed
free the fool who runs to see
blinding beauty flows between
light shine music, gleams the teeth
ancient currency feels the stream

morning blessing
A sunny morning blessing
light beams craving and caressing
my skin, worshipping the sun
my dress, my dress undone
as if heaven has fallen in love
blinking reality into softness
warmth so honest
sunny morning ritual
sweet my sorrow's wishful
solar dance moves
my laughter, my stomp boots
beggin' for soothe
bright and true

mountain symbol
Leave a cherry on the mountain top,
If it’s space you need, you’ve got-
(-golden white rivers flow out of me-)
Quarantine
Shelter in place
I want to go towards your face
Cuz that’s where reality is.
A river between mirrors
Of fear and loneliness.
One safe place
Your island in the stream
I’d sit and wait
Pen n rifle, shadow n light beam
Your pain's got something to say-
And temperance has faith
Mountain symbols of release
On the other side of pain
Love is safe

bitter wine
distractions dance the night into day time
breaking miracles across the horizon
as this bitter wine
shatters into colors of sun rises.
lucky onlookers are too naive
to appreciate this glory
but the colors are so disco
it's truly moody
how the clouds drip down
bitten by endless miles
i taste what's in front of me
it's tasting hated
i'm drinking it anyway
Bittersweet evermore
fermented apple core
droopy smile,
distant eyes,
i told you dont die
but you were too shy

The Builder
I’m a sweet heart-
Just forget about me.
If you’re so super smart,
Why don’t you see?
I’m about to leave.
Forget that I love you.
Building the wall, after all.
Still I stall.
All sprawled out, blue
Starved thoughts move

Doomed fear

be it that the sun

photosythesis a kiss for my lips
blow wind for need

my jagged past crash
i'll take off the take-off-cliff
hawk eyed-wild cried
fearless wings
jet black free
rise up, reprieve

Tomato Skin
Tomato skin, my skin
Hesitant, lets you in
Your thumbprint- a soft imprint
Staying, pulsating bravely
While my pain sang.
My chest, a drum to play a song on.
My heart hums along.
My body a clever blade of grass,
Still swaying and sweet.
Eyes starry in the trees.
Staring up at twinkling
Infinite forever whispering.
Harvest moon of twilight
Rolls over, naked with delight.
