Does that mean you love me?
When you hold me tight and keep me close
and you cut me with your scalpel tongue
Does that mean you’ll hold me forever
When you kiss away my ruby cascades
put there by your paled knuckles
Does that mean you’ll kiss me for always
Do you stain my milky skin
black, blue, purple and red
To match the colors of your bruised heart
Do your sweet whiskey words of hate
find whispers in my ear
For the overwhelming love you have for me
When she scratches her nails down your back
as she is screaming out...

Soul "Mates"
I once thought
FATE
brought us together
the sea
the moon
the stars
aligned perfectly
our souls spoke
their own language
while our bodies intertwined
I now know
KARMA
brought us together
Mother nature's audience
aligned to laugh
at our broken lives
our unredeemed souls
suffering from
past mistakes
both
longing to be
the cockroach
instead
of each others
soul "mates"
FATE
brought us together
the sea

Unnatural Disaster
Your blazing fire starts at the base of this barren tree
The clouded heat slowly rises charring my broken limbs
Seeping through my pores your scorching words turn my cells to ash
Your flames try to reach my heart and burn the glacier within
But the walls of ice are far too thick for your hell to reach
An emotional avalanche starts to erupt my soul
Blasting icy glass through my eyes dropping you from your stance
Instantly chilling every nerve in your baked black heart
You try to rise and defend this new contrasting feeling ...

Goes the machine that reminds me you are still alive

Goes the machine that pushes air into your lungs to make the machine go beep

This is not what you want
To be alive without living

I promised I would
I know what I have to do

No Return
Long ago I was much too young
to not fall for your silver tongue
Sweet as honey the words you sang
every word from your lips I'd hang
Perfect for me is what you seemed
you were everything that I'd dreamed
I fell so hard so very fast
I said yes as soon as you asked
That very day we tied the knot
without a care what others thought
I was so happy so in love
you had to be sent from above
Time has passed now your colors show
Words once sweet now insults you throw
Gone are the day's you noticed me
or tried at making me happy...

Mistress
A good wife, mother, friend she's been
Stood by your side through thick and thin
Picked you up when you were down
Helped build your business from the ground
Why should I care if it's wrong
The love we have is just too strong
Isn't happiness what I deserve
Our love I have to preserve
So what if she still loves you
Or your kids need you to make it through
I don't care she gave up everything
Wishes and dreams for a stupid ring
All of that is just an invasion
It doesn't fit into this equation
She brought this on...
Stood by your side through thick and thin

Beauty
Beauty:
the expression on a starving child's face
while eating his first hot meal
the comfort in their knowledgeable eye's
while putting on a warm coat
Beauty:
the smile on a gifted child's face
when getting his first "A"
the joyous hope in the mother's heart
when realizing he will be alright
Beauty:
feeling the heart beat every second
knowing he has weeks to live
seeing the light at the end
knowing he has suffered too long
Beauty:
having the fortune to make things right
after years of disappointing...

Addicted
Mesmerized by your eyes of steel
cutting through my soul
Tormented by their painful appeal
I lose all control
Fascinated by your vicious tongue
slashing my ev'ry breath
Horrified as you rob each lung
I grow closer to death
Obsessed by the black hole of your heart
beating down my dreams
Bewildered as you rip me apart
I tear at the seams
Addicted to your abusive ways
shredding away my life
Weakened by your fiery blaze
I yearn to be your wife

Yesterday
I breathed your intoxicating desire
caressed your inflaming intensity
tasted your awakened demand
absorbed your passionate yearn
witnessed your stimulating euphoria
Yesterday
We were one soul
in two bodies.
Today
I breathe your piercing anguish
caress your persecuting turmoil
taste your suffocating heartache
absorb your punishing nightmare
witness your agonizing plague

We are one soul
on two realms.

a candle glow
a soft lit room
a dance of love
a wife and groom
two shadows sway
two souls assigned
two frames as one

Slow Suicide
The suffocating grasp of your claws has
made my spirit too numb to feel the
persecuting heartache the
torturing turmoil and
conflicting sorrow of
all my failures
The ferocious slashing of your teeth has
made my skin too thick to feel the
blistering anguish the
flaming grief and
blazing torment of
all my disappointments
The poisonous howl of your rage has
made my ears too deaf to hear the
degrading screeching the
sickening...
