Lies,
We tell when we panic.

We use as an excuse.

We choose to believe.

We say to hide abuse.

Can ruin our day.

Can tear people apart.

Can cascade longer.

Can break a heart.
Lies,
Are everywhere.

Hide the truth.

Are deadly.

Are proof.

I hear it in the distance
Coming from every direction
Saying my words
But with a deeper meaning

Fight
I have so much to fight for
I won't let go
I have so much to live for
Much I don't know
Fight
Fighting for them
I will prevail
Fighting for me
I won't fail

I tell myself this everyday
Yet sometimes I let it slip away

Got to keep going
I will be fine
One day in my life
When this chaos turns to shine
Fight
Above all
This is the key
To stand here and fight
For it is for me
I have so much to fight for

I have so much to live for

Random Thoughts
Gone to the wind
And don't know why
Saying I love you
As if it's goodbye
Sitting alone
Curled up by the fire
Writing my thoughts
All that I desire
Knowing not what it means
Just letting it flow
Creating a poem
Even I don't know
Line after line
I let myself go
No words could describe
The feelings I show
I loved you then
As I love you now
But people change
Not knowing how
Feeling the heat
Blow across my skin
I think of you
And...
And don't know why

Where to start
Where do I start?
No way to begin
The sound of my heart
Just trying to fit in
No one looks, no one care
For I am an afterthought
No ones there, no one dares
For I am too distraught
Looking around
Trying to be found
All alone in a town
Nothing more than a noun
How do I end
For it won't be nice
Just wanting a friend
But left with cold ice
One more verse
Is all I need
It can't get much worse
Just let it out and bleed
No way to begin
