Lost and Forgotten
small and puny
lost and forgotten
in a world that is rotten
the sky darkened
by the rain of our sins
the ground flooded
by the tide of humanity
the wind is our greed, forever hungry
taking everything all around us
the mighty storm is our anger
demolishing our “safe haven”
nature is but a mirror of what we are
but we shall remain in the dark
without the light of insight
an ignorant species we are
to the atrocities of humanity
lost and forgotten
in a world that is rotten
the sky darkened
by the rain of our sins

Nobody cares
I want to die
people don't know that i cry
that i stay up at night
all alone
and think how swell it would be
with me finally gone
i just wanted to be like them
like everyone else
but no accepts me
i am all alone
this is why i die
though nobody cares why

I don't want to stay
I just want to go away today
just to go and forget everything
to escape, man i just want to go away
there is nothing here for me
dont you see
i am nothing, worthless,
i might as well be defenseless
come on mom, dont you realize that this what you’ve made me
and my dad, the true face of what is bad
all alone in my home, with all the sadness and the madness
i feel like a tennis ball, being beat back and forth
moving to and fro, from peace to violence
i have no real defense
man, do i just want to go away
i dont want to stay
and i wont,...
just to go and forget everything

just listen
Hear the music with your heart and soul
not with just your ears
Really feel the words deep in you
let them open up new worlds in your mind
make a kind of paradise
where you can escape the entire world
just really listen, try to understand the lyrics
dont let your sorrow follow you to tomorrow
when your feeling down, simply turn up the sound
and get lost in the world of music
dont pay attention to time tick away
just listen to what the musician has to say
please, open up your heart
and just listen
not with just your ears

Oh, how my feelings for you grew
oh, how they flew
rising so high, going farther than the sky
The way i felt for you, the feeling was all new
if only i knew what to do
I went every day with you on my mind
it was a slow kind of torture
my feelings feeding on me like vultures
picking and plucking away what was left of me
there wasn't anything i wouldn't have done for you
i would have given my sight, just so that you could see how i felt
i would have given my life, just so that you could live
but now i see that we were not meant to be
oh, how...
oh, how they flew

you of all people should know that it hurts to show everyone how i feel
after all, i trusted you to keep my secret, but doing so made me an idiot this is for real
Its pretty hard to deal with what is real cause haters like you wish they knew
exactly why it is that our dreams die, i see that don't you know, do you?
Oh yes, i seem to have cornered you in a mental chess, better think fast lest
i come back from the past, like a mental blast, this ain't no test...

confusion
Oh happy days, oh happy days
when we could all choose our own separate ways
but now we cant, for he looks over us
he took everything from us because he says
we are unworthy and sadly this is true
we are not worthy to bathe in his glory
unworthy we are to see his very shadow
the line between fantasy and reality is very thin
in his presence, all comes out from within
horrors become true, and dreams turn to nightmares
in this dreaded land of the dead
though at times i wonder, could all this be in my head?

Please tell me you hear the voices
the sounds in the night
the little creatures just barely out of sight
shadows that follow your every movement
demons sent to send you soul to hell
oh please, do tell me that you see them
see their dark truths about all of our reality
how everything that we know to be true
is but a lie, one which we finally find when we die
but i have been cursed to see it all, to hear the truth,
all too soon, the reason for this i do not know
but i have decided to warn you
oh, how i envy you, able to sleep when all things are...

living memory
As i close my eyes
and embrace the dark
i see the day flash back
from the finish to the start
from when i awoke
to the very last word i spoke
and in all of this
i see how life is but a memory
we live in the present
but we only truly know the past
for nothing in this world ever lasts
and then i wonder, will we remember the end?

Dream
A shadow moving across the land
A being moving his deadly hand
Over the landscape
and no one can escape
his never ending furry
A light beyond the blackness of reality
a beacon in the night
Gathering storm in sight
a figure, a dark clad knight
Terror seizes the moment
and in an instant we are no more
for we are taken into the never more
and in this realm we find not monster
but ourselves
so what really happens when you sleep
and escape all of reality?
