You're just a stolen voice,
and a buried secret.
Don't cry now, baby, hush your tears.
Fly away safely, and let the clouds
ease your pain.
Release all your burdens, and be free
of who you were.

Time Stitched
I don't know where i'm going from here,
but I know time will heal every wound you placed upon me.
Stripping me free of your hold,
and sending me into the depths of heart ache.
Once again slow days will mend my broken heart,
and simple love songs will rid you from my thoughts.
Time has become my dearest friend in this endless adventure.

Mommy Dearest
Tell me what you see,
when you fly away into your thoughts.
Is the world dark and cold?
Or just a little bit brighter?
Tell me what you feel,
when you fall into the clouds of destruction.
Does it hurt just a little bit more?
Or does it numb everything you tore open?
Has your world crashed down to slightly more than nothing?
Or are you stronger than ever?
Conquering societies world with just one more snort.
One more high.
Just one more pill.
Tell me mommy dearest,
is it worth it?
Are those pills really worth it?
Do they amount to...
when you fly away into your thoughts.

Say Goodbye To The World You Destroyed
You gave me your word,
and I held onto it for dear life.
But why do I hold on when I'm already dead?
You took yourself and all of me
when you walked away.
Gone with words so gentle and tempting.
I'll watch you walk further and further,
with every step away from your past,
you're taking my future.
I'll stay as it all falls apart.
You take the memories,
and I'll take the pain.

Once, Twice, Gone.
This is the story of a girl
who had a smile so bright,
and eyes so blue.
Quite a story she had to tell.
She loved and lost, trusted and betrayed.
Her heart broke once, twice, gone.
She gave up on all she thought was real,
because it gave up on her.
She hurt and burned,
tried so hard to understand.
How could a world with such a bright day,
be so cold and unforgiving?
Her heart gave up and she went with it.
Her story stops here and so did her world.

Daddys' Little Girl
You whip out your words
and they strike my heart with a snap.
I let a smile crease across my face,
"just laugh it off...it doesn't hurt".
These are the same words, i've silently screamed,
for years.
Daddy please, tell me you love me?
But mean it this time?
Daddy please...don't you think i'm good enough yet?
I can't take this anymore!
Daddy please, it would hurt less if you just hit me..
Put that whip of hate away?
I can't..no,I won't take it anymore.
Daddy, don't you see?

Honey, it's time for some closure.

Labyrinth of love
I'm letting go now.
I will fall into the labyrinth of love,
And find my way to you.
With every step I know you're getting closer,
Every dead end I come to,
Just another reason to keep going.
You're miles away, so far it hurts.
I want so badly to stop, give up.
But you're all I need.
A thirst that only you can quench.
I long for you.
To hear your words, spill from your lips.
To feel your touch, so gentle and persuasive.
So I'm letting go now,
Falling into the labyrinth they call love.

Do you feel it? That knot in your stomach?
Do you feel it? Your mind carrying you away?
Do you know what that is my dear?
Something so desired, but oh so deadly..
Does it hurt yet, my love? That feeling in your gut?
Do you feel it? The pain sliding through your body?
It hurts so deeply, but it's so so sweet.
Can't you resist honey? Or have you not learned yet?
How to stop. How to take away the pain and feel only that sweetness.

Awake This Fairy Tale to Reality
It's in a land far away,
in a world of dreams
where perfect is more than a concept
we all try to apply,
That I found you
so alone and broken.
Fading away to simply nothing
dying for help and
Begging to die.
It was in that land so far away
that I discovered a love,
that was more then love.
Where our hearts cried out
for each other in such
desperate need.
In that land so very far away
did we discover true pain
that silenced those
cries of need.
That land so sick and dead,
shriveled up to nothing
that our hearts...
in a world of dreams
