Can you repeat ” seemed to be the only words I could say
Even though I had heard what she said
Part of me hoped that what she said was just a mistake
As she confidently said those words again
The only question that popped up was ”Is her time over?”

In the midst of the war, I was thrown into the trash
Any wise man would know that the decision taken to do so was rash
Within the trash, you found the treasure
Yet you appear resistant to open and find out what's truly yours

At certain times I wish someone else had found me in that trash ...
