What happens if the numbness never resolves,
Would it be I who ultimately dissolves?
Dissolves into ash, to dirt, away from pain.
If I would want to die would it be in vain?

A mental block
A lack of words,
I see you and I'm breathless.
Just not in the way you'd hope
