Real Again
I sit here
Crying
As my eyes roam your picture
Wishing your arms were those that hold me
Wishing your body was that which I rest against
Wishing your lips were those that touched mine
My life has turned into a game of pretend
And I wonder when it will become real again

Sweet dreams to you my love

How sorrowful parting can be

Your eyes so blue
Blue as the ever deep sea
Pierce my soul
To see straight through me
You know who I am
While knowing nothing at all

Completed Death
My death is completed
As I watch you walk away
I fall to my knees and cry out in pain
I step under water
And as its heat sears my skin
My cries slowly halt
And my heart slowly stops
I become cold
Unattainable
Unreachable
I may smile
I may laugh
But from now on
There will be no true happiness
I watch you walk away
As I turn to stone
And from there I vow
To love no more
As I watch you walk away

It's Alright
A man touches a girl
Says it’s alright
Forces the girl to stay by his side
He holds her
His grip tight
He’s choking her
Making her lose all hope
As she scrambles to get free
She pleads
And pleads
Wanting to be free
But he doesn’t let go
He ties her up
Tortures her
Uses her for what he wishes
Then sets her free
Days later
She’s dead
Her spirit broken so much
That only a shell remains
Says it’s alright
Forces the girl to stay by his side
He holds her
His grip tight

A Letter Never Sent
She’s sorry for all the pain
All the tears She can’t wipe away
For all the comfort that She can’t give
Since She ran away
She’s sorry She can’t be there
Now that you’re in pain
But most of all She’s sorry
That the pain is caused by Her
She never wanted to leave
And leave you all alone
She only did it because She had to
She didn’t want you to hurt Her anymore
She wishes you could see that, Mother Dear
She wishes you’re eyes were open
But She knows a cloud is blocking them
And all you see is Her guilt
She wishes She could apologize...

The Perfect Mask
You could read me
Know when I would cry
When I would smile
And actually mean it
Whatever my mood
You knew
But now my mask has been perfected

Only my plastic smile

A Doomed Fate
The words of my Lord
Fill my head
As I reach and try to listen
But the devil on my shoulder
Cries out so loud
That His words seem unspoken
And though I keep listening
And though I keep reaching
This devil drives me away each time
Filling me with such disdain
That I feel I'll never have Him close
And that I'll be doomed to hell
For all eternity

Sickly Done
Cradled lightly
In the Womb
Of a mother so dear
Dost a child
Rest its head
Sleeping through the night
Undisturbed
This innocent child
Realizes not
The torment
Its mother is brought
The mother cries
In her bed alone
Pregnant not of her will
But to take
This babe’s life
Was not her right
Two months
To this day
The mother
Had been shamed
Her innocence stolen
With no care
And an unwanted seed
Planted in what had been
A virginal womb
Violence...
In the Womb
