A Doomed Fate
The words of my Lord
Fill my head
As I reach and try to listen
But the devil on my shoulder
Cries out so loud
That His words seem unspoken
And though I keep listening
And though I keep reaching
This devil drives me away each time
Filling me with such disdain
That I feel I'll never have Him close
And that I'll be doomed to hell
For all eternity

The Devil has a purpose just as much as God. It is strategy to seperate good and evil. If you believe yourself to be evil, and think bad thoughts. Only the negative can come to you. When you understand yourself to be a good person, that is when God has truely touched your heart. You could never feel more invincible. If you let Satan drag you down, he will. Don't let the negative control your life. Think of a purpose for the reasons you are experiencing bad things, and learn from it. Never fall to the knee's of Satan.

The Devil embodies evil and has many forms. It's just a simple thing to fight it off when you feel lost. "There's a devil on your shoulder , but an Angel's on her way" a line from An End Has A Start by Editors.
