Quest for Elusive Happiness
Left alone, disregarded, shunned
once labeled the only one
verdant garden now fallow ground
ecstasy echoes cease to resound
Yearning for love from once dead lover
obfuscated desire made clear undercover
use subterfuge in lust-driven pursuit
release sensuous songs, take them off mute
seize ostensible amor verdadero
escape the tedious life straight and narrow
loose steel bond forged in devotion, tempered in resentment
forget heart, soul,...

Unfathomable
Vaccines?
They're for the weak-minded,
spineless wimps.
Mass hysteria
fomented by big-pharma.
Global pandemic?
Clearly, a leftist fairy story
like Peter Pan.
Besides, longevity
runs in my family.
Grandpa lived 104 years.
I'll admit,
I'm a tad needle-squeamish.
What's that?
What about my loved ones?
I have but one.
Oh and I'm a lucky son-of-a-gun
Just this morning
I walked 13 times
under a ladder,
on broken mirror shards,
whilst screaming,
At the top of my lung ...

topping rarest of succulent breasts

in blissful sanctuary of you-scented places.

For my mid age
I'm not too shabby
a few extra pounds
proach'n Sumo flabby
the big thin
begins tomorrow
of this I am resolute
till then, with sorrow
I'll shelve the Speedo swimsuit
Still a man of steel
with a pillow-soft feel
hey you, Father Time!
are you look'n to tussle?
'cause underneath
the fat hides serious muscle
how's about we engage
in a cage match, ten rounds
I'll knock you flat
KABAM! You'll hit the mat
so take that!
you cruel chronographer

medals of valor
