i was pretty bummed for a while since my old one croaked last summer, i lost the flash memory and all its internet bookmarks. ill have to rely on my actual memory to find them now, alot of them were poetry related. Thank God the last years Napo thread still had my Napo work since i havent gotten to getting it up to my page yet and the tablet had lost it all. ill have to copy paste it to my new tablet, im working on it..

i was pretty bummed for a while since my old one croaked last summer, i lost the flash memory and all its internet bookmarks. ill have to rely on my actual memory to find them now, alot of them were poetry related. Thank God the last years Napo thread still had my Napo work since i havent gotten to getting it up to my page yet and the tablet had lost it all. ill have to copy paste it to my new tablet, im working on it..

Tech can be hell! Glad you at least didn't lose that poetry! Another point for NaPo!

Yes, and i'm a fool for poetry, but also a fool for letting the flash memory get too full despite the device warning me. It crashed because i overloaded it with ebooks and such. The new ones working good though, its Napo ready:)

i do have one for the computer. Actually the tablet itself is a storage device that can be plugged into the computer and files transferred to back them up, i just never got around to it before, but ill start doing that more just in case, and it also takes a micro sd card which i can use to backup as well. the old one didnt have that

For this year, I'm vaguely considering a story sequence of poems, featuring all of the NaPo participants. The basic idea is that we're all on a ship – the SS NaPo. You're the Captain, A. and we're all members of the crew. Our ship sets off from the faraway Land Of The First Of April and has to sail across a wide and stormy sea, visiting many lands en route, until we finally reach the safe harbour in the Land Of The First Of May, hopefully not having lost any members of the crew – or the Captain – along the way. 🦈🦈🦈
