Honestly, i didn't realize how much work this whole project took  until this year when i decided to particpate and watching the daily effort from  our hosts and then they had to write their own poetry and opening stories each day, graphics, humor...needless to say i'm in awe and truly impressed the dedication and professionalism that Ahavati and Johnny have displayed.
As I mentioned yesterday, i'm happy and sad at the same time but more than anything I feel a sense of accomplishment that i actually made it to the end and being part of this talented and crazy (lol) bunch makes me feel very proud.
yayyy ** tossing my graduation cap in the air**  we gotta pop the champagne.

It's been a pleasure. Much appreciation to the host as well as the cadets. Take care.

Razzerleaf's No:30 mentioned in his third stanza about writing a limerick about smelly farts, as part of letting off steam no doubt having completed NaPo - so here's a suggestion:
The once was a man who farted
so smelly - it whipped the departed
the dead smelt the stink
awoke in a blink
and killed the poor man with Karate.

left my worst for last for me, dont know why, struggled like crazy today.

but anyway big big thank you to the Ahavati and Johnny posse for being both completely nuts and being utter pros. And for being fun and encouraging along the way.

also to all those who managed to have just the most admirable talent to constantly provide such inspiring, creative and jaw dropping work day in and day out,  even with all their own commitments  plus added to that,  all the nasty weird crap that is happening.

thank you again  and proud to have shared this time with you guys.

Been having a closer look at all the final No:30 postings - I think sex_on_the_joe's is the best so far with a few more to go.
Overall I found Layla's poems really interesting with such a wide spread of topics, found Eerie's poems reached real deep and was introduced to calamitygin's world as intriguingly well penned. Asperger's poems kept a steady beat throughout and I liked commentonly's angle on things plus so many gems dotted here and there including from rowantree, marina2020, nomoth and thetravellingfairy. Well I can't mention everyone but an awesome effort all round, not least to J&A for masterminding the whole event, as well as writing their own poems amazingly ... and keeping recalcitrant poets on track. Didn't think much of my own poems though, the previous two NaPos in 2017 & 2019 were much more inspired. Well here's to NaPo 2021, and no doubt a very different world. It's about to strike midnight here - so I'm off to get some kip to be up and at it digging a new potato patch tomorrow morning. Cheers everybody, Josh.

I have to apologize that the last 2 weeks I haven't been reading and commenting much because of work and the stress of everything, except for Poppy's poems...only because I'm studying her backyard and every angle of it since I'm planning on moving and putting a tent by her garden once this virus thingy is over and i can travel safely
but I promise I will have the rest of 2020 to catch up with all the fabulous poems that have been part of this writing challenge.

Razzerleaf steps up to the rostrum, puffs out his chest as Ahavati leans over and pins a badge to his cadets red uniform. As he turns to face the other delegates he fist pumps the air and finds his place back among the ranks.
