--fountainhead valve--/

The breeze blows a slow dance
It walks across the sky
The mist floats a soul path
Link of water to higher math...

A fire of circles ring the moon
Was time or space torn into?
Did the heavens fall?
Or our hearts ascend renewed...

We crossed the altars beast
And left the soul at peace
The towers stand on either side
A pole for each and each a sum...

Melodic focus the mind's eye
See a light burn a hole in the sun
Weaving insight nothing being spun
A union of both to make the one...

Dual role to play, our life engage
Birth of three, the parents relay
Divine the child, holy matrix made
A composite temple in us is laid...

Platonic shaped internal halls
A system of geometry draws
We watch the bird commit to fly
But we never see it fall....

Founding Fathers

I have flashbacks of you, from when I was so young
i thought you left me, to explore this vast galaxy, for mankind
You taught us how to survive on this big banged up, revolving planet
Leaving your footprint for us to use and making us all very bemused

Is that you our founding fathers, in the bright night sky?
Are you coming home, just to check on us or for a final goodbye?
Show us your calling card, but don't let us all lose our mind
Tell us where you went and why you left us all behind

You made structures out of large stones and pointed bricks
Black and white men from all over, have drawn images on their wall
We study lost language that we can't truly understand, at all
Heavy hauling and perfect angles, were they done using a bag of tricks?

Is that you our founding fathers, in the bright night sky?
Are you coming home, just to check on us or for a final goodbye?
Show us your calling card, but don't let us all lose our mind
Tell us where you went and why you left us all behind

Moe's lambs and Chris's hens always fighting over their goods
While those wandering dews, slip through to form geometric cracks
The worlds weak, struggle for food and carry their beds on scorched backs
as the Earls and Dukes, live behind security gates, in phoney neighbourhoods

Is that you our founding fathers, in the bright night sky?
Are you coming home, just to check on us or for a final goodbye?
Show us your calling card, but don't let us all lose our mind
Tell us where you went and why you left us all behind

The Revised Unwritten
modern day
Ten commandments
Rewritten
by your God
Greed

1 Thou shall have
no other Corruption
before Me

2 Thou shall not
make any images
unless it is
Deceptive

3 Thou shall not
take the name
of your god
in vain
without a motive

4 Remember the holy day
the day of rest
the day of plans
on how to squeeze
the poor
a little more

5 Honor thy mother
and thy father
until such time
they are no longer
Useful

6 Thou shall not kill
any human being
Unless
there is illogical twisted
reasoning
or
there be profit

7 Thou shall not commit
adultery
without
destroying the family

8 Thou shall not steal
what is
not worth stealing

9 Thou shall not
bear false witness
against thy neighbor
unless payment
is Guaranteed

10 Thou shall not
covet
anything that brings
no profit

Dear god

You could have chosen
Any part
within us
yet you chose
to introduce
pain fear and despair
You chose to bring
conflict and violence
you chose
political corruption
and arrogance
to use as your voice
as in the dark ages of old
You chose
the mechanisms
of destruction
for the minds of our Young
yet
You still refuse
to grasp the concept
We are one

The balance
shall return
and you
Will Learn
that no matter what you do
poison the land
the air
the water that we drink
We
are going home
Back
to our garden
before
we became
what you crave
Obedient
Psychological
Slaves

I AM THANKFUL YOU SAVED ME

From the deepness of my soul to the love that I feel deep within my heart oh how thankful I am to have you within my life for there has been times during my struggles, I didn't even know if I was going to make it through the storm that seems to be coming from ever direction all at once for there were times when I couldn't see the flowers nor trees due to the thunder and lightening that seems to cover my world within the depth of the darkness. But yet I still face my fears not really knowing if I will make it out alive through my trails and tribulations of the twist and turns with deep curves, for there were times when I placed my own life in harms way due to the fact I was ready to give up without a fight. But I am thankful that you saved me from the storms for through you I gained will to keep pushing forward with the courage to continue to move on to live to see another day upon this earth.

PASSAGE OF LIFE

From my heart I open the depth of my mind but from my soul I release my inner spirit as I open the doors to the stairway to the silents of my darkness of who and what I am as a man, but yet from my visions that became images taken from the pages of my lifetime they became my trails and tribulations the real lessons we sometimes have to learn from life but yet from my eyes was the hurt and pain which some came from love and some came from lessons learned from the devils in human skin. But as the feelings became lesser to feel the unseen tears that once fell down my face slowly healed with the passing of time but as I journey travel and walk through the passage of life with its storms that comes with life I not ask question the most highest spiritual soul, as I know he will always be there walking beside me as I walk through the storms with my faith and my trust for he will give me the courage and the strength to stand and walk as a man of skin flesh and blood as a man who has become unchanged because through him I gain my faith and trust.

Hell On Earth

To thy that cast the first stone
Place of paradise, where redemption of fallen grace shall roam
Hell, on earth as you could, feel, see
No other place that accommodates such sinful needs

The seven deadly sins, oh yes, they’re real
As an Angel, my skin tattered as lashes I feel
Satan is within the mind, flames igniting the destructive ruins of thy, soul, heart
Right and Wrong, God’s true purpose given from the beginning of time in its natural state of art

Angels, yes, we see, bow under grace, for the sins of you and thee
Roaming unaware from sunrise to sunset spreading God’s Heavenly creed
Yet, Revelations gives you the seven seals, seven churches, and the pale horse
Death and destruction, cast of the wicked, not from the life you lead, but the doctrine of the heart’s choice

Now when you say Chant For The Horned Beast
The cries from ancestral cotton fields, linage denigration, mass killings, its glorious fame of feast
The Heavens, where God’s laws preaches, Pearly Gates, the fiery eyes will never come to see

Heaven and Hell are found within the heart, a man, standing in a pulpit preaching the way to salvation
One hundred and forty-four souls’ entrance, the others reincarnated to an ungodly world of mind wandering and trepidation
God seeks thy heart without a spot or a winkle
Your fate leaves the mind in waiting, which no one knows, it’s just that simple

Sacred Contracts XXX: God

Sacred Contracts XXX: God

The shifting shapes of forest
were kaleidoscopic beneath the sun—
the marching of water grew distant

The Spirit of the Wood honored
our presence, accepting obeisance
at the base of its venerable root

What I had always known manifested
in the exchange, and the branches moved—
revealed a realm known only to Native

Foregone history remembers itself
when boiled clean of present–rises
through its epidermis, lights the surface

Everything I ever thought I knew
was released before God’s presence
but, not the god who demands sacrifice

That god of men’s heads (I should pause
here and say, “Yes; both”); that god of ego—
of insatiable alteration of Truth

Not that god, no; but, God—
yes; God

II.

Have you ever imagined what earth
would look like drained – if some
celestial hose pipe was released—

washed away the green and sediment
dissolving beds of rock, pushing oceans
and lakes to the bottom of the Universe

What would remain would be interlocking
webs of root holding space for all that was
to conceive everything that will be again

That is God – interconnecting roots
of Life bringing forth breath and fruit—

it’s gravity pulling everything together
keeping it solidly affixed, grounded
so it isn’t torn apart like paper

III.

There are Dryads in every forest
you tread; they whisper your name
in their natural language of tree

To understand, is to believe magic
isn’t a black bag of secrets to learn;
but, an olden way of Life to carry on

A realization of what happens NOW
could never diminish what was THEN—
on the contrary, it fulfills Prophecy;

it solidifies All that is to come from All
that was when all is said and done
and we realize we, too, are Gods—

clauses in the other’s Sacred Contract
fulfilling all that is divinely sacrosanct
in this fragile, yet holy human experience

Fish and Chips

I know we haven’t had the best of relationships,
We don’t talk as much like we use to over fish and chips,
But I see you in a different way,
Not as a man
But as something bigger than what the human brain can comprehend,
You’re like…
The universe…
And all the good that life represents,
Yet we’re free to choose in what to believe.

I’m not mad or angry at anything,
I’m just sad at how everything has turned out to be,
How the ugly the world can get,
It’s like they forget
About kindness and sympathy.
Many choose to turn their backs on their beliefs,
And then wonder why the world is getting so shitty.

I know I’m not the best at much of anything,
I try to be a good person starting from within,
I try to show compassion and put out good vibes,
And besides,
I’m a little leery of the way religion has used your name,
It’s become a circus in a political game,
Because it feels like many have lost sight.

But the only thing I ask of you…
Is to give me the patience and wisdom in what I do,
Because that’s what your son asked of us,
To show one another love.
Dear God.

Well ?

I am sitting here
with a gun in my mouth.
I won't be the one
who jumps in the pool first
with you standing at the side laughing,
me floating
as my soul boils.

So we'll sit hear at the kitchen table,
unable to speak
until it's time.
Well go ahead God,
give me a reason
to stay.

When the moment comes,
will I pray?
I know you'll say no,
but if I truly knew that today was the day,
in a quiet moment would I pray?
what would we say?

Omnipotent Journey

Is it age that has me turn aside,
to think twice because the
turmoil in my life is nothing new.

This time around it’s
different news or seems to be,
though bitter onslaught’ chill
and words are all the same.

Before I’m overwhelmed
this time, I know what I must do,
and I won’t be alone.

From those who try to hold me back
with lists they need for me to fill.

From shouts that try to blame their
wants and woes so hard it seems
the earth will free-fall from its spin
— I soon walk out the door.

There’s nothing to prepare my rout.
I’ve all I need for this.
With coat and gloves and shoes
and hat, I’m down the stairs.

Already I’ve a smile that isn’t seen
but felt within my lightened heart
as deeper in the woods I go,

where neither voices’ drone
nor storm can reach.
It’s all I want to know.

Each rapid step I take for minutes
passing till I’ve lost the count,
and now don’t even bother.

It must be like the crane that
takes to wing and lets its instinct
be compass and navigator,

leaving me as only motion.
What is my instinct?

I stop to look up through the trees
With tiny rippling stars in sight.
The world’s at rest.

The cold and crisp of winter’s air
surrounds me and the sentinels.

I’ve long forgotten where I laid
the broadsword I never used.

I didn’t need it then
nor do I need it now.

Though deep in darkest night,
the words that I am hearing
come to me more clearly
are of myself.

I feel I’m reacquainting
with a friend.

I’ll stay here for a while to think,
while curious brave the cold,
peering from foliage and drifts.

I hardly know how
or why I’ll be all right.

As winter makes amends,
I promise Him I’m doing this
for only me, I won’t forget again.

I could suffice for Him, I knew

I could suffice for Him, I knew
When I was but a child.
To think of Him as Father, too,
Though was He meek and mild?

The way I know is opposite
From what is meant to be.
His voice intent, mine hesitant,
This force ‘tween God and me.

Yet to suffice and not forsake,
Despite complete withdraw.
But is it more than I can make;
What comes before the Fall?

In chess of Thunder’s own device
I leave the game bereft.
In knowing Him, I could suffice
With no more pieces left.
