an innocent crush

she saw me
and I saw her

I smiled and
saw the giggle in her

I was sitting across her
watching how the thin air
mess her hair

our blushed eyes met
each other in turns
as she put the hair
behind her ears

the smell of the fresh green
as we pass the fields
and I fly into her eyes

lost in my dreams with her
then again,
I search for her eyes

her sparkling eyes
painted a blush
on our faces

my teenage heart
proposed to her
in the next station
I married her
on a beach

then I searched
for her eyes

and I saw her,
walking slowly
on the platform
as I slowly
passed her

I never
saw her again.

but still,
those eyes...

paint a blush
on my face

Sorrow

Is my heart so untrue,
Now how can I be so confused about my burning love for you,
I've found myself lost deep in this Forrest with tree so high I have no stars too follow.
I know your smile could light up any city,     but I'm now so lost and I know you don't need me.
I feel im losing control and it fears me to know , that this lonely darkness will only bleed my soul.
But maybe I just dont deserve to have you, as far to many times have my actions hurt you.
I'm trying so hard to find me, the me that you deserve.
I'll tell no more lies and you my love will shed no more tears, I could be the one who protects you from all your fears.
And maybe we will never be, and I know that this is all on me.
But tomorrow is yet a other today, so too you my lost love,
Say LA ve, I must say......

Moving forward

Another chance with an outer body romance.
Intimacy and connection is the C.P.R I need.
Another treck down the same old road, love for my self is the debt I am owed.
Just trust In my self, it was danger where I fell,
I pray this new trip will not be a navigational hell.
Keep my head up and my ego down, I can't let my subconscious drag me back on this fear bound Russian roulette round.
Forward, forward is my direction, there is no going back.
I will take my memories and lessons learnt.
I can't apologize enough for the people I have hurt.
But I take my God by my side, while we travel in with the tide.
It is now a new home of happiness I hope to reside....

Our radiant light

Radiating upon us, such a presence too be felt.

It was a light too bright to blind.

With such a fire like aura yet like a cool breeze to the touch.

Prosperity within a bed of roses tis what we would find.

An exuberance of euphoria will be bestowed in good time.

Humility and understanding, these are both treasures more priceless then gold.

Free choice with knowledge, it was a new eden we where two mould.

But a realization of this light...
As Already inside of us it remains.

Now all we need do is but listen.

Home

We made love;
tongues
syruped with stevia
& sleepy time tea

A shoegaze standstill
~
something subdued
from spotify ensues

Being ushered down
the yawning black
enclosed in beryl bands
Maybe there's dark matter
stashed in your eyes...

Climbing you;
my cedar
cause' there's nowhere
sweeter
to fold my wings...

Nowhere more home
for me to sleep

I'd Rather Laugh

I'd rather laugh
How does that sound
For an epitaph?
Weeping fists may pound
But only at a gaff
Too hilarious
To ignore
I'd rather laugh
And with hearty glee
If you only knew the half
You might even pity me
Except to see my laugh
Too hilarious
To ignore
Would you rather laugh
Or eat chips under bed covers
Your life needs a staff
Or crutch for what it discovers
So find the laugh
Too hilarious
To ignore

Lisa Rose

Lisa Rose
Pretty blue eyes
Little runny nose
Copper angel hair
Little chubby toes

Enchanting charisma
She just glows
Like a poet’s river
She just flows

Hey little baby
Whatcha gonna be
When you grow up
Please remember me

Where you came from
Tells you where you go
Look to the mountains
That feed your river flow

Hey little baby
Remember who you are
Because that simple truth will get you far
Combined with creative, artistic liberty
You’ll flow out as what your meant to be

Poetry of color #3   Blue

Like fresh air on a cloudless day
skies greeting wide with open space
pools of your eyes like oceans deep
awaken in a peaceful place
where Aquamarine dreams are born
in hazy quiet of the ether
creative inspiration comes
from source directly to the seeker
As loyalty and trust reside
on mountain top close to the gods
where eagles soar and wisom calls
and faith in those defies the odds
The queen sits on a sapphire throne
cornflowers in her hair
She holds the truth right in her hand
then throws it in the air

Catch it....

Metamorphosis

She sat under the mango tree
Wore pastel yellow dress
Had for a friend a bumble bee
Enjoyed her sweet caress

The sun made patterns on her hair
Light shone through leafy sky
Sparkles of glitter filled the air
She dreamed that she could fly

Through a kaleidoscope of dew
She watched the butterflies
As pastel yellow wings she grew
And faceted green eyes

And as the magic had been done
She left the old behind
On velvet wings, what joy, what fun
Away from humankind

Eudemonia

While good fortune may be transient
and our pleasures often contingent
contentment is a serene condition

When we seek purposeful direction
and know meaningful connection
our sense of belonging amplifies

Appreciating each moment as a gift
we experience spiritual lift
and can delight in the divine

With an altruistic attitude
finding grace in gratitude
we are afforded authentic joy

Through our compassion and charity
by practicing kindness and sincerity
profound happiness is manifested

Accessible to me and you
I believe this to be true
if we hold these principles in high esteem

-A Home-

A home to live. A home of love.
A welcomed refuge, this velvet glove.
And a home enveloped with family to care.
For a shoulder to cry when times are unfair.

A home of warmth by a hearth's heartlight.
For sharing in both good and when life may smite.
A home of peace and to close a door.
To shun a troubled world for an hour, or more.

To those where a home is but a house of pain,
a wish of comfort in your times of rain.
But a home can part your hardship grays.
One ray of joy will show the way.

A home gives life, though shines much more.
This home of my family...This home I adore.
