As the creator of one of the comps you mentioned i appreciate you starting this thread.
I have two many strong opinions to throw them out here, but i did start my thread for a reason: people need to vent. Beyond not liking the person that Trump is, he is inflicting pain and suffering upon citizens of the united states and the rest of the world (those of us that are alive now and are yet to be born) I am fairly educated and informed on US politics, and can understand why people hated Hillary, but I cannot wrap my head around why a free thinking person would think Trump is a good person or a good president. I try to think of it rationally but there is no rationality that can justify his words or actions. I suppose we all have to chose what side of history we will be on, and I certainly will not be on his.

None of our leaders really inspire us, regardless of where we come from. And even the least corrupt of the bunch still are pushing their own agenda. They wrap us up with their eloquent speech’s and easy rhetoric, but I reckon we all kind of know we are being duped. We are also constantly distracted by media banality.
The governments are not in control. Big business is. Corporations. They run the show now. And our elected politicians have vested interests in these companies. Without a doubt, the Trump administration is the stooopidest batch of people to ever grace the planet.
Politics always attack free speech regardless of the political bent. I have seen writers (not on here) supporting censorship WTF is up with that. Writers should be fighting for free speech and attacking restrictions. Writers and poets should be allowed to write about absolutely anything without political interference. All opinions are valid, nobody has a monopoly on the truth (Facts)
