Given the make-up of most legislative bodies: men. exactly thats why it doesn't make sense , you'd think if men were going to make laws or have power over laws they'd make it easier not harder for themselves , but i guess the people that come up with these laws don't understand the struggle of manual labour

Women have been charged more for services and paid less in wages because men didn't treat them as equals and could get away with it. Now they have to come up with excuses for why.
You can complain that a law dictating equal insurance rates is unfair on the basis that female bodies are higher maintenance medically speaking.
Boo hoo.
More power to women in this aspect of their daily lives to offset the bullshit they go through in other aspects.
When there finally is wage equality which would allow women to afford higher additional female specific medical costs, then you might have a substantial grievance.

Plus, most men are such whiny cry-babies when it comes to going to see a doctor for their own health, that it stands to reason that if less men are utilizing their healthcare insurance, because they avoid their appointments because the boo-boo hurts when they get their blood drawn, then of course the insurance companies are going to zone in on the women who face it like a man--er--"woman".....
(Yup, 30 years working in healthcare = lotta men fainters on the other end of my needle.....)

Here's a double whammy for you.
Black women descended from slave families versus white men descended from rich white plantation families.
Disproportionate access to quality healthcare during and post slavery, compounding the already lack of wealth available to pass down through the generations.
Healthcare for the Trumps of the world not realy an issue when Daddy hands over companies and millions, aside from paying their Harvard tuitions in cash.
The U.S. hasn't even scratched the surface of reparations and you want those women and their families to struggle even more because they have breasts and uteruses?
JFC.

is it because you can't find real fault with my actual words that make almost everyone talk about something I didn't say?
I said the law itself may be fair. That's what insurance does.. I asked why the law left the insurances that men pay more for alone. Which I will admit, implies that I believe that part is unfair.

JFC.more repeats of hundred year old transgressions by dead men and addressed and fixed by law a long time ago .. Now there are some things that are unfair to men and too bad if you don't like to hear about them.... You probably would have bleeted trendy back in the day too and said boo hoo to the women trying to make people see them.

Isn't that what you're doing, too, by generalizing that men have it so rough because of women?I generalized nothing.... I stated specific facts and asked a question.. And I said the laws are unfair.. Nothing about women directly... No insults like " most women are... " and how can I say women are causing it if men are in charge...

The law that regulates health insurance doesn't have anything to do with laws pertaining to other types of insurance. Perhaps you should contact the representatives from your area and tell them your concerns about other forms of insurance.

Profound... And me contacting a representative would be like one woman asking to vote a hundred years ago...

I replied to the first sentence of your opening argument, not the second, to illustrate the inequality women face on a daily basis since ..... well ..... forever.
Sack up and take it like a woman.
