With a hollow breath in a heavy world
Her faith is a fallen leaf in an early morning light
Love caught in a whirlwind
With a plead to never say goodbye
She cries
Please visit me

TOOT FOR TRUTH
Toot for truth
In all you do
As one who toots his fluted flute.
A shoot for truth
Spooks the mute
As one who blocks truth
Loses a few.
Shrew the truth
Shrewds the brute.
Let’s toot for truth
Like morning dew
Freedom will pay the nightly due.
Paint the truth

Te amo, O Dios, con todo mi corazon
Con todo mi mente y mi ser.
Con todo lo que tengo en mi interior
Deseas verdad en lo mas intimo de nosotros
Te amo hasta que la luna no de su luz

Hasta que Tu verdad deje de existir

ZEAL OVER ME
Tremble, O Mountains and quiver, O Hilltops!
For the Lord, Himself, has declared
That He is a jealous God!
May the sun shine upon you with its drops of rays
May the rain of His jealousy never touch your way!
May God’s zeal embrace you
May His tender mercies shield you.
Love Him, but don’t you cross Him
For, He has announced, O Mountain of Zion,
He is the Jealous One of Israel.
Do not taste the charcoal grill of His Wrath
For provoking His jealousy earns His wrath.
Though His anger is for but a moment
How catastrophic that...

WHERE IS GOD?
WHERE IS GOD?
When life is unfair and treats you as such,
When you’re down to nothing much,
When enemies surround you and there’s nowhere to hide
You may ask yourself, “Why is God not by my side?
Where are You in the middle of my pain?”
Even King David asked during his Season of Rain,
“Why do you hide in the midst of my troubles?”
Yet, it’s when we seem troubled
That You, O God, stand even closer than we know!
I’ve trusted Your name and placed on it my love
Knowing my help comes only from you from so high above
I wait for...

The Theory of Everything (Film Inspired)
The theory of Everything
is the equation of Love
so it's Life
and it's Love
and it's You
and without Me by your side
everything will still be okay
I did my best when I loved You
but time had a way of falling hard
and the song meant to keep us together
had to be sung one note too far
and now we are out of time
and soon it will seem like the sun
will no longer shine
but let faith guide you
maybe the angels will Sing:

A HUMBLE PRAYER
A HUMBLE PRAYER
Forgive me, O Lord, for those hidden sins
I do not know I’ve made.
Those sins that hinder me from my victory-win
Teach me what they are
That I may not repeat the offense to You.
When people call me names I don’t approve or like
I tend to wonder if they are right
Perhaps I do not see myself as they do
Yet, the possibility exists they may well be jealous of me.
In my heart, I don’t feel I am boastful or proud
I don’t feel I do wrong nor do for others to see
Yet, my enemies have me for a show-off ...
Forgive me, O Lord, for those hidden sins

GIVE THEM TO EAT
When you feel you are passing through a desert
Faltering and fainting, unbalanced and nothing resolved
When you feel the dryness of your soul
Which you know you are in dire need of a Savior
Mediate n those favorite verses
So that you may eat in the desert the Bread of Eternal Life
When tempted to open your mouth to gossip or share a rumor
Remember not to allow your lips to smack together like clanging cymbals
And resound…Gossip, rumors, malice, and slanderous speech are empty.
Therefore, do NOT abandon words of life from your lips

GRAPEVINE COCKTAIL OF THE HEART
INGREDIENTS:
Fruits: Labor, actions, and words
Fruit punch
Smoothies
cocktail mixes: Godly Purpose & Devilish temptation syrup
Sour limes
Encircling the rooftop of my mouth
lies the natural-enticing sweet flavors of the “fruits”
of my labor, actions, and even exchanged words.
Yet, the bitter-spiked “fruit-punch smoothies,”
found in Wisdom's Mystery Recipe
Funneled and strained by God’s divine revelation
of channeled learned experience and observation,
ooze all the way down my belly
reaching the very core...

LET THERE BE LIGHT
You’ve been sitting in the dark
For quite some time
Awaiting for answers
Lost in confusion
Wondering and wandering
Afraid of the future
Terrified for eternity
Hearing echoes of the past
Re-living events of yesterday
Unable to move forward into tomorrow
Uncertain are the steps you take today
Valley Shadows haunting you
You need a Savior
You need salvation
A touch of the Creator’s hands
All darkness expels.
And the Midnight Black veil of the sky above you
Splits in two
When His voice bangs against...

A WITHERING ETERNITY
In Your anger, please do not rebuke me
Please relent or let me see
The chains that bind my soul,
Hinder me to flourish and grow,
Stable my steps to Your truth and Word
Let me soar as free as a bird.
I say my prayers night and day
In attempt to chase my demons away
Those demons of long ago that hurt me
And bound me so that I couldn't be free
Fainting sounds of eternity slipping away
Moistened memories drown my faith each day.
As the cello plays its depressing sound
Tossing me to the cold ground ...

TRAIN A CHILD
Train a child in the way he should go
Is not only a question of the mind
But that of the soul.
Train a child with God's Word and bind
The Word to his hands and let it flow
Through the child's desert storm.
Lately, wondering if cute little fables
Legends and fairy tales do more wrong than good.
When all is laid flat on round tables
Do they create more damage than understood?
"They're just children!" Someone may say
Yet there's a long road ahead of affliction and pain
Why should they be damagd by winds blowing them away
