Time passes by so slow it's a wonder it ever comes at all
Just yesterday you left, I know - still see you in my mind
It's only temporary, or so that's what we both agreed

Flimflam ringmaster wants to burn it down
Unelected sidekick dancing like a clown
Psychotic logic a smile conceals a frown
How much more has to happen?
To wake them from perpetual sleep?
Disappearing those humans they hate
When it’s the billionaires inflicting pain
This self-induced fall from grace
Turning heel as the world watches in disgust
Pulling the rug while rigging the race
Without allies our foundation is bound to rust
Make America ignorant while killing hope ...

My advice to you, is to follow what's in your heart
