Untrained, rarely structured, beat and outlaw influenced.
Developed my interest in poetry in High School, my literature instructor turned me on to Ferlinghetti and Kerouac due to my interests in punk rock and rebellious culture. I've been writing poetry privately for years outside of being a musician and lyricist. My poetry has always been more vulnerable than my lyrics which has kept me more private about my writing. I am trying to break down my personal barriers and be more public with my writing and I'm hoping this site to be a good first step.
