Poet Introduction

Ok so I got into poetry a few years ago during a depression. I have gotten a lot of inspiration from one of my favorite bands, Rise Against. I am open to criticism, and would love advice on how to make my poems better.

I live in this desolate land in the middle of nowhere called Midland. I'm a guitarist, percussionist, keyboardist, violist, and singer. Along with that I have been called a hopeless romantic, so call me what you will. Poetry has struck my interest and I look forward to reading almost anything. I am really into rock music: Breaking Benjamin, Skillet, Rise Against, 3 Doors Down, Thousand Foot Krutch, you get the idea. If I think of something else I'll put it up here otherwise hope you enjoy.
