spring birds sing
wind chimes ring
a sleepy breeze
comes over me
as i cocoon myself away
so effortlessly disconnected
from timeless hours
especially when
i need to most
now peacefully cradled
so weightlessly away
i drift suspended
in all these tranquil
hammock strings
which have recently
become
a sudden
healing necessity
in my life
especially when
i need them most
in which
i sail...

sensory overload (a love letter)
I see you
a wayward son
drawing strength from shadows
picking through grey bouquets
of crestfallen moments
wild, uninhibited, unfair
are how those blossoms
slowly faded
into a new kind of blackness
I know each thought invasively meanders
scattering like seed- far and wide
understanding that quickly taking root
by digging deep, is to bury an always
i see you ask yourself if it's possible to reconcile pain
given how hurt grows with such ease
when watered by a tide of tears...

PALESTINE:THE WOMB WHO BORE MY GOD~
My Darling in oppression,
I know you did not have a lovely Jumu'ah yesterday, and neither are you having a good time now. You're always with me in prayer, and this Sabbath, I thought to put on a sackcloth, dump ashes on my head and weep with you.
Oh my Beloved! How can I not weep with you? Are not your wounded young men my brothers? My lovers? My caretakers and my very own companion? My sons indeed! Blood of my blood! Flesh of my flesh, Life of my life!
That torn woman, wailing! sitting on rubble rocking the departed Fruit...

Heyoka Heyoka, sacred clown,
The Native American Indians found,
The most powerful empath there could ever be,
While I was awakening, I recognised me.
All those years of every diagnosis,
I knew this was more than just psychosis.
Absorbing the emotions of those crossing my path,
Feeling hurt and pain of people’s wrath.
Knowing this, after forty years,
Is clarification for blood, sweat and tears.
The Heyokas’ experience many forms of hell,
There’s no longer a fight, no need to rebel.

I would like to pass on relevant information. There seems to be a spike in Shingles cases as of late. Some of my residents have been affected, and I just wanted the masses to be advised.
Anyone who have had chickenpox may develop shingles. It isn't known what reactivates the virus.
Shingles causes a painful rash that may appear as a stripe of blisters on the trunk of the body. Pain can persist even after the rash is gone (this is called post herpetic neuralgia).
The rash consists of blisters that typically scab over in 7 to 10 days and fully clear up within 2...

Try not to indulge in drinking too much soda, it leads to many UTI's(Urinary Tract Infections)
Stay hydrated in the humid weather
Move your feet, put on one of your favorite ballad, crank up the volume and just dance
If you are incapacitated by wheelchair, crutches, or a cane, there are exercises that corollate with your impairment or disability
Put the cell phone away and humanly socialize and laugh

I came not to call the righteous, but the sinners“ this line you would find in Matthew 9:13.
My understanding of this verse is that Jesus, the son of God was speaking to the Pharisees explaining to them why he choose sinners and wrongdoers to dine with.
J3ws believe that they are godlike, and being godlike, requires you to have a son or a messenger in his name. Being godlike means you create a powerful majestic being or things that are fueled by wrongs of sinners. In my opinion, Jesus represents Christianity.
