That beauty is power.
That wholeness is a magnet
To the fragmented
They never told me
That I could wound you
Because of my whims
Yet you would follow

I could be tamed
Days and days
I spent as your Summer
Until you realised
I was winter for another
I never committed
So in my eyes
I held no real ties
And now I've
Been thrown ropes
From each direction
Each begging me
For my attention ...
That beauty is power.
That wholeness is a magnet
To the fragmented
They never told me
That I could wound you
Because of my whims
Yet you would follow

save the glittering flowers
as the sun gathers to play
in confetti colored fields.
scented petals jump upward,
trying to catch the low
swimming butterflies.
whirlwinds gather,
mocking the jealous grass
while they dart through
their expectations.
the bright and happy birds
serenade all willing to listen,
they all pack their bags

seasons of the earth
a galactic journey
"While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and
heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not
cease."—Genesis 8:22
were there not twelve mensajes in my book
when, on that silent january morn,
the mountains bade me take a solemn look
at how the seasons of the earth were born?
the chilly winds a path made for the spring,
their passions melting in the radiant sun,
as pregnant birds and flowers on the wing
rejoiced to know the banquet had begun.
