i found
my way
in this
spiral
of lights,
i have
heard
the stories
left by
the night's
sky,
weaving
tales just
as gentle
as sighs,

hung on
each word,

Moaning Song
When the evening brings it's curtain down,
& lifts it's starlit crown, she sings her moaning song.
When the sun kisses the moon goodnight,
& guides it home, by it's looming light, she sings her moaning song.
When eventide lowers it's blinding haze,
& wandering eyes cannot appraise, she sings her moaning song.
When the night owl, is unafraid,
& begins in earnest, his serenade, she too sings her moaning song.
When our lips meet, in the twilight's glow,
& the hour hand, moves ever slow, she sings her...

Revelation
The night was a twinkling glitter shower.
The moon's pale lemon light,
caressed the intoxicating sleepy flowers.
A whisper from the universe,
assured me I was not alone.
My silent primordial dreams,
were already known.
Galaxies joyously remember me.
They recognize my energy.
It glistens, the celestial shine of night.
Makes what lays beyond,
seem revelation bright.

In the startling silence of black night.
The ancient stars sweetly whine
with the weight of countless wishes.
Secret desires succeed in shine,
burning with the chance for fruition.
Of those that longed with daily battle cries.
To end torments that the sun brightly denied.
And when the day arrives wearing heaven's blue.
Never forget, strength has a voice too.
Star beaming out of you.

Path
The sun was sinking
Giving just a hint of gold
After a day of respite
Beyond the blanket of
Cold grey clouds
The breeze stirring
In the grass and reeds
Was the only sound
I paused
Feet upon the planks
Of that slowly eroding path
I breathed
Pungent petrichor lingered
I could feel the changing season
Deep in my lungs
I found myself
At the edge of the world
And as the night quickened
The clouds thinned
And one by one
The stars came to life

A furry star so damp and bright
purred with grace and simmering light.
Brushed against his heavenly belt
sprinkling her pearls above his kilt.

I did not come to reminisce or stay.

It was a time of night and stars,
where firelight stained colomnus trees
against the quilted black of night.
Hearts spun on mortal plains
embrace in hues of pale moonlight.
No storm, nor rain befell the eve’,
they spoke of ancient lakes that flowed
and forests steeped in elven words,
a grimwar rich in blood and time.
It was a time of night and stars,
where darkness delved in
delicious delight.
The air was still, intense but warm,
like the eyes that hold the others gaze
